Flood and water damage clean-up that stops the damage spreading

The first 48 hours after a flood decide how much of a building can be saved. We extract water, remove materials that can't be dried, clean and sanitise affected areas and install drying equipment, then monitor moisture until the structure is ready for reinstatement.

Flood and water damage cleaning: common questions

How long does it take to dry a building?

Most properties dry within five to fourteen days depending on how long they were wet and what they're built from. We take readings throughout and tell you when it's ready.

Can you help with the insurance claim?

Yes. We provide photos, moisture maps, an itemised scope and a drying certificate, which is what loss adjusters usually ask for.

Do you cover large commercial sites?

Yes. We regularly work across multiple floors and units and can phase work so the rest of the building keeps operating.

What should we do while waiting for you?

If it's safe, isolate the water and electrics to affected areas, move contents off wet floors and take photos for your insurer. Don't use household vacuums on standing water.

Do you deal with mould after a leak?

Yes. We treat affected areas with antimicrobial products and remove materials where mould has taken hold, then dry the structure to stop it returning.
